Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Denmark. Orders are sent from our international fulfilment centre directly to your Danish address, delivered duty paid.

Handling time
1 to 3 business days.

Transit time
4 to 12 business days.

Total delivery time
5 to 15 business days, combining handling and transit. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, industrial action or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping cost
Free on orders over 665 DKK. Orders of 665 DKK or less are charged 49 DKK for tracked standard delivery.

Duties and taxes
Nothing is payable on delivery. Import VAT and customs charges are already included in the price you paid at checkout.

Time zone
All timings are quoted in Danish time (CET/CEST).

Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking, where available, so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Failed delivery or returned parcels
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email support@arvform.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
